    Delta Associates, Ltd. provides a broad range of business and financial consulting services to small and medium size organizations in “transition”. These transition issues are encountered by companies that are in one or several of the following modes:
    • Growing in size but not profitability
    • Market forces have caused major profit and “top line” issues
    • Organization or operations dysfunction caused by growing pains or down sizing

History

    Delta Associates, Ltd. was started in 1981 by Dave Diederich after 25 years’ experience that started with an apprenticeship with an international consulting firm as a CPA
    His experience includes “being in your shoes” as the CEO of several small to medium sized business with gross sales from $400K to $ 50,000,000.
    Most of this experience was with companies in “transition,” dealing with situations that required new strategies and restructuring.
    Solution have always been results-oriented, involving change with emphasis on people and marketing. Results were profitable growth and a plan for the future. Case studies are available.

Resources & Style

    Delta is a small firm operating as general practitioners. Most clients’ issues are not the result of a single problem. Solutions, therefore, are rarely a single silver bullet. This is why we say Integrated Solutions. Help for an organization usually requires addressing issues in more than one function. Our tactical approach includes dealing with issues in Marketing, Operations, Finance and the People components of our clients’ businesses.
    All consulting engagements start with a high-level interview with the CEO. This exchange is used to identify key issues and to determine the scope and approach to be used.
    The work starts with a personalized hands-on detailed analysis of all segments of the business. This includes input from organization staff and management….who usually have the insight regarding the issue… as well a sense for the correct solution.
    Adjunct resources, our Associates, are used when the client‘s has specialized needs. These include Legal, Engineering, H/R, Information Technology and Marketing professionals. We also coordinate closely with any of these professionals that you are currently using, including your CPA.
    Our analysis and proposed solutions are presented to the client in a summary form rather than in an elaborate formal report. This summary includes an outline and detailed implementation plan.

Delta's principle is to help implement change to insure that our consulting recommendations have the value that our clients' expect. We complete the project with function to fit the form.
